A little bit about our founder Grace:
When I was a kid, I flunked every PE class! My classmates had to distract our coaches to get me pass the exams! When I was a teenager, I hated going to the gym, and even equated running to death!
As I grew up, I started to enjoy the energy I gained after I engaged in any types of exercises. I even started to love running and challenging my body and my mind. I love the feeling of the confidence walking around our beautiful city knowing my body is strong and can take on anything!
I will admit that I am addicted to fitness and, most importantly, I love what I can do for my body and for my clients!
